Default Tips for running an SRT on a Dyno?

Are there any tips or procedures to follow when running on a dyno with the SRT6?

I know the Crossfire on a dyno can be finicky due to the ESP/etc.

Thanks,
SQ

You shouldn't have an issue with the 2006/7 and many of the 2005 SRT's. It seems that there are not any issues with the automatic transmission version of the car. And there may have been a software change to allow full RPM dyno runs after mid 2005...

Let us know what happened with yours, and give us the build date of the car...

Will do.

I may give it a run this weekend, if I can get a few guys together.

Do you recommend a certain gear to dyno it in to get the best performance?

I know with some vehicles, we put it in 3rd and run it to redline (mustang), and some people do the same on their cummins powered trucks.

If you have the NAG1 automatic transmission your 1:1 gear is 4th gear...

Do you know the model number for the standard 6 spd? Anyone in Germany make upgrade parts for it?
I've hear our manual trans was used in some mercedes trucks, any truth to this?

The only mods I found for the drivetrain are final drive ratio changes to the gears in the differential... Other than that everything else is custom...
