Koni Sport adjustable shocks
Hey I just got the Koni shocks and thought I would share my 2 cents on it.
This suspension set up is the best in the industry. The shocks are adjustable to your driving needs a comfortable ride in the city or a stiff racing characteristic for racing. The springs are good and less expensive than eibach. Providing a lower drop.

I put them on my SRT and they made a significant difference in ride! I didn't lower the car. You might want to search on lowering - there's a lot of info on that subject.

I know I had the KONI's on my sport-truck when I used to auto-X, and they were amazing. Definitely one of the finer shocks out there.
Once I get the SRT, they'll be going on soon.

In fact, it has a very smooth ride until you get it in the twisties, then it handles as good or better than stock.
Your quote about the stiff suspension is, of course, right on target. Your feedback on the difference the Koni's provide is exactly the kind of personal experience those of us who've been looking to mitigate these problems (the ones you mention) need. Super info!!!
1. Is it your thought that any adjustable shock upgrade (ruling out upgrades for racing) would offer similar benefits, or is there something special about Koni's and Crossfires - particularly SRT-6's?
2. No spring changes? What's your thought process about this?

I have seen where some guys were thinking about the stock SLK32 AMG shock but I don't have experience with that shock.

The latter seems like the best choice and pretty sweet too though you'll probably need to spec them out.
Thanks, Steve
