Question Still need throttle reset with Sprint Booster?

Thats what I find. There was a post earlier that pointed to a test done by someone who measured the voltage coming from the throttle with and without the SB. His results were that the SB just amplified the voltage and thats why the car accelerated better.

Maybe it's my imagination, but I find that when I do a reset, the throttle response gets better.

Anyone else find this?

This is a bit off topic, but people are still asking what the Sprint Booster does.
If you're not content with users resposes, read the following...

Looks to me like the cost of the SB is no where near worth the minute performance enhancement as reported Mr. Bipes report. Unless he is a disgruntled ex-employee of the manufacturer.

Judging by your response I'm assuming that you do not have a Sprint Booster.

No I don't, but was considering puttin out the 200 or so bucks if it actually made a significant improvement in performance. Rather skeptical at this point whether or not it's worth the cash.

I think it was worth the cash. I have had mine for 6 months and I love the powerband increase it provides.

if you like to double clutch or heel toe, late into the corners you will want the sprint booster, if you drive in heavy traffic all day, forget about it, stock is better for city driving.

This horse has been beat to death way too many times. Do a search and you'll find a ton of threads on this. IMO the sprint booster is worth every penny.

It was worth the cost to me. There is a big improvement in throttle response. Give it just a little gas, and it goes. Without it, I always had to consider just how much more gas to give it to get more acceleration.

I'm just curious if anyone else who has the SB, still finds further improvement with the throttle reset.

I never have to do a throttle reset. When I drive with the SB I always can hit redline if I drive it hard. I don't often push it that hard but if I do it gives me all the power that it has. Even before the SB it gave me all it had and I did a throttle reset once but found no difference in performance.
