Default Factory Siren Installation Question

- I have read couple of threads that talk about hating or liking the chirp, but there are no directions on how to install the siren. I just recently bought the car siren via the Crutchfield website (Part number 5124443-AA Siren Ala 1028006).

- Does anyone have any directions and tools need to complete the job (size of tools)? I also do not have a freakin clue where the cowl is located. I am not car savvy, but still I am willing to venture to the unknown.

-If any has any info, I would appreciate the assistance.

I don't believe any horn replacement will make the chirp.
It is not tied in with the lock and unlocking systems on the Crossfire.

Read through this thread for a $5 unit from Radio shack with instructions on how to install.
I have one and it works well. Many others have also gone this route.

IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO CHIRP, REPLACE YOUR SIREN WITH PART#5124443AA. Read this thread. https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...highlight=horn
