+1. I'm interested in this for X-mas gift for the car. For $395 it seems like a decent price.

You can go here to order: http://www.tvtdesign.com/inc/sdetail/1059

We saw a 8RWHP drop when switching a C class from modded airbox to Crossfire stock airbox.

We do not have dyno results for a Crossfire however, sorry.

@ $395 with K&N's I'm in! Any chance the XFire K&N air filters I just bought fit this MB Box??!! The polished intake tubes look great. One question.....do the new intake tubes connect to the "oval" ports that are mounted on either side of the radiator? These seem to be real restricted points to me.

With this new breathing system I have two additional Q's:

1.) Do you recommend anything on the exhaust side to further help?
2.) Does this increase flow enough to benefit the larger injectors and ECU re-program you were offering in an earlier group buy?

The Crossfire KN will not fit, much too small. The pipes will fit the oval holes, but it is much more beneficial to remove those pieces and have a full 3" opening.

This will benefit from the injectors and ECU tune as much as the CAI.

Magnaflow sells a very affordable system. Not necessary, but will add a nice sound.

Order placed!! CANNOT wait...this is exactly what I've been looking for!

Strange question.....can you give me rough dimensions of the silver strip down the middle where the "Mercedes Benz" sits? Width and approximate length of the "Mercedes Benz" would be great.......going into the custom shop before install!

I'm ordering this for X-mas! Just to clarify that the new airbox will fit directly into the old airbox slots, correct? Also, the intake mounted in the Crossfire does not rub any parts. Would you be willing to take a picture of the airbox inside an actual crossfire engine bay? Thank you very much! I'm also looking at getting that momo shift **** along with this too! Great product choice you have TVT!

Is this better than the other intake you sell TVT? I mean the one which ends right behind the fog lights.

I guess this one gets more AIR, the other one behind the fog lights doesnt catch enough air.

This will see similar gains as the CAI on the top end, and even more improved mid and low range power. Plus it looks real trick.

Hey, FNG here. (F-ing New Guy)
We just bought my girl an 07 Xfire LTD Convertible. I have been surfing the site for a few days now. I am interested in this system. I was wondering if you have install instructions that can be posted. Specifically as what needs to be done to get the two tubes past the radiator. Pictures would be a plus.
Thanks
Rich

So, this is pretty much a plug n play setup for the Base/Limited?
