This has happened to me twice with my 2005 Crossfire SRT-6 in the last 6 months. I park my car in a parking structure, come back a few hours later and cannot start my car. It is in tow away alarm mode. Open the door and the alarm squeals, the park lights will not turn off. The first time I towed it to the dealer who reset the computer under warranty. This time I was lucky enough to analyze the situation, borrow an adjustable wrench from the AAA guy, disconnect the battery and let it sit for a few minutes. Reconnected and the car was fine. I read in the manual that I could shut this feature off. It talked about parking in areas that the ground or floor underneath the car moves or shakes causing the alarm to activate. Has anyone else experienced this problem and how did you keep it from occuring besides shutting the system off ever time. Any advise would be appreciated.
