ECU Remapping

Does anybody know where I can get my ECU remapped/retuned in L.A.? Also, how much horespower can be pulled out from an ECU remaping/retuning? I know that one company in Europe can get 14 horespower. And also, how much does it cost? Thanks!

If I have a new ECU, in a box, can it be performance programmed for my car and can I switch back and forth from performance to stock?

yes. just mark which one is the performance one as every time you take your car in to the dealer ,they check for codes and will flash in the factory upgrades, which puts your ecu back to stock. jim
