In Canada we do it in our head or we buy a cheap calculator instead of an expensive car as it a bit easier to carry around.

Import car. I live in Sweden. We use km/h and Celsius.

Oh!
I thought the speedo had mph in large numbers and Km/h in smaller figures on it.
Our speedo in Canada is the other way around.
The ambient temperature and the FSS indicator can probably be changed at the dealer from F. to C. and miles to kilom's.
