Default Eliminating the 4,000RPM cut

Has anyone figured out how to succesfully remove the 4,000rpm limit?
I'm getting awfully tired of having no ability to slide in 1st.
Also, the rear brake assist deal is getting annoying as well.

I do has the bas/esp/abs fuse pulled, but that isnt enough.

Any ideas?

Wait, I just had a quasi-brilliant idea
What if you fed the front wheel speed sensors the output from the rears?
While still feeding the rears the proper signal?

Its worth a shot.
