Crossfire Z1 module kit +22hp
Check this out on Ebay

This guy is selling some sort of device that basically does the same thing as an ECU upgrade, at a much cheaper price. He says 10-22 hp increase. 98.5% positive feedback on over 700 transactions is pretty impressive. Not to mention a lot of specific feedback that says it worked!
What do you guys think??

I've seen that and like the Engine ground harmess (also on Ebay) I'm very skeptical.
The Performance chips for the ECU do much more than that thing on Ebay. The thing on Ebay fools the ECU into thinking the intake air is colder than it is so the ECU makes the engine run richer (adds more fuel).
The Performance chip advances timing and changes the fuel scheduling for starters. It also changes several different peramitters monitored by the ECU. If you have an automatic trans it also changes the shift points.
I will go with the Performace chip as soon as I see some hard numbers. All I've heard so far is some like.(not actual quotes).. "It seems to pull stronger" and "It sets you back in the seat more".

Making the engine run richer will not increase power. By fooling the temperature sensor, the ECU will increase spark. This will increase power, but is not ideal for all conditions. The reason they can get away with this is that most manufactures are very conservative in their WOT programming. They are typically too rich and don't run as much spark as you could run.
You are asking for trouble with this mod, though if you get some pinging, you can always unplug it......

People can inflate their eBay ratings. It's very easy to create more than one account.
What this guy is selling is probably a simple resistor that can be purchased at Radio Shack for 37 cents. It hooks into the IAT sensor and alters the reading it gives the ECU to lower IAT reading which forces the ECU to give the car more fuel making it run rich. Bad idea, really wear your engine down. And it's a huge scam, you can do the same thing for about a dollar if you take an adventure to radio shack. Plus I doubt that it really adds nearly as much performance as he claims.
The grounding kits actually do do something, but not very much. The more modified your car is the more effective the grounding kits are. If you have a large amount of stereo equipement or electronics in your car it will also help increase performance by grounding out negative noise from those devices. The ground kits provide a more sustained voltage to give the ECU better performance. You probably won't notice it, though. They're more for looks inside the engine bay.

I've done a lot of ebay transactions. But this isn't one of them!!! I got my extra HP from Upsolute.com. Take it or leave it!!! 350zs can't catch me on an autocross!!!
