Default Under spoiler decals

These are the new under the spoiler decals I made up. What do you think? I made them out of both chrome and brushed to give them the 3-dimentional look. I know there too big. I will adjust the size when I make new ones. These are prototypes

When you adjust the size, they might look good on a debadged car, but to have a chrysler and crossfire badging and then a mercedes star, it's too much for me....

i debadged the "crossfire" emblem on the back, but does anyone know if the rear chrysler emblem and "wings" come off without any other panel removal (i.e. taking off the rear bumber to get the emblem off) so that i can paint it black, i hate the look of that plastic chrome.....

I would suggest something more subtle, like:

Power by Mercedes Benz

They sure do. Heat the wings with a hair dryer or heat gun a little and use some low test fishing line or dental floss, get behind the wings and pull. they will come right off. Use some adhesive remover to get all the excess glue off and then use some scratch X or something to wax the area several times.

Result:

What about the area where the emblem was? Is'nt that recessed? Does it look too deep or is it OK? Well.... I went out and debadged the back end. I definatly like the look with the CROSSFIRE name off, But am not sure about the emblem. Looks like somthing is MISSING. The good thing about this is you can always put it back to stock if you don't like it.

Viper, at first, I too thought something was missing.

The more I looked at it and tried to figure out what to do, the more I liked it. I think the outline of the wings is pretty trick, especially since everything is blacked out on my car. If you find a good solution, let me know, but I have seen ppl that painted the wings and put them back on, IMO the outline looks much more stealth...

I agree... on your black car it looks good. Mine is gunmetal grey. The jury is still out. The advantage I have is that a friend of mine owns a sign shop and I can experiment at no cost. I made some decals to cover the Chrysler emblem on the wheels, and the front emblem (check pictures) and I put one just above the radio. If I come up with somthing I will let you know.

Thats awesome, someone else on here has the same access you do and made a small, tasteful mercedes emblem with kind of 'wings' on each side that filled the area quite nicely, something like this, I would be after. But since I am so anti-badging/decals I think I would do mine in something like gunmetal or dark grey to try and get a ghosting effect against the black....

Keep me posted
