Default Pulley Noise I Think? Help Me Please...

I hear a "Chatter Noise" from the front of the engine, I have lifted the car up and listened all around and I have pined it to FRONT for sure.
I am not kidding when I say I spent over an hour listening all over the car. I do not hear the noise coming from inside the motor.

I am starting to believe its a Pulley starting to go bad, I noticed that it get louder as I rev the car. I have read that it can be the Idle pulley but I really want some advice.

Video of a pulley I noticed moving up and down. I dont know if this is okay.

Video just for sound. What do you think I know its hard to hear.

Any and all healp would be great, links to buy pulley, Dealer Part Numbers, Part Names, MB Parts that will work. How to change pulleys, ANYTHING...

My car makes a similar sound but it goes away when the air conditioner is turned off. Sounds like bearings for sure, the question is which one. (be sure it's not the fan, cheap to fix)

pop off the belt and spin each pulley by hand and feel for the one that isnt spinning smoothly. we can get you any pulley you need, lets just figure out which it is so you are not wasting money.

where were you prying against the water pump pulley to get it to move like that?

I figured he was taking the load of the belt tensioner. On a second look I guess not.
That play isn't good though.

The pulley I was moving th the one directly above the crank pulley, I do not know what it is. I just put a wrench on one of the bolts and moved it up and down it did move a lot. I will take the belts off today and post back on here what I find.

What pulley do I move to get the belt off. Also what is the tension I want on the belt. Thank you all so much!

I assume you moved the belt tensioner, this is what puts tension on the belt. You do not have to do any adjustment as the tensioner does it automatically.
You can move the tensioner in the direction you are moving it now and you can insert a pin in it, if you know where the pin goes and lock the tensioner in place. You can then remove the belt.
Keep your fingers away from the belt and pulleys until the tensioner is locked in place.
See the service manual for all details.
