Default Anyone running an FIC8?

Is anyone actually using an FIC-8? I want to buy one, but it seems like a couple people have tried them then quickly sold them. I know how to tune at this point, and I want to have more control over the crossfire's map.. I know I can tune it better than the current tune it has, and I want to go turbo in the near future. Any input is appreciated..

You may want to contact " Web3.0" , he has an LTD and added a turbo. He just got it operational a few weeks back. This is a big job, but I'm sure he could be a great help to you!

Thanks! I'll ask him what he thinks of the FIC.

If your car is currently n/a and you are looking to add boost, I would recomend using AMG/SRT 32 ECU. This would actually be easier and cheaper than than using the AEM. There a couple of issues in doing this which can be overcome pretty easily and the advantage is getting rid of the MAF sensor. There are guys out there that can then tune it all in the Stock ECU.

That sounds like a nice option. My car is stick and I want to be able to tune it myself though.. I work at a speed shop, so I can get it pretty cheap and I will install everything myself.. I have a decent electrical and mechanical background at this point.. I'm thinking the FIC will cost me ~$500 including everything I need to install and run the car. I'll get a feel for it N/A and add the turbo when the funds are there. I'm doing the same with my mustang, and I'm having alot of fun (and headache lol).
