Default Minor Questions

As a recent owner of a yellow conv ,that does not have an owners manual yet. I have a few questions.I only recently figured out that it does not have a spare tire, and that the glove box light only works when the ignition is on.What I havnt figured out is what activates the trunk light, is there a switch somewhere ???The bulb is good, also there is a narrow slider swith above the dash which I guess turns on the interior lights. Is this supposed to work when the door is opened??,it turns the interior lights on ,but they do not go off after a period of time like most N American as ??? Thanks for any info

Convertibles don't come with a spare cause the top takes up to much room when down

At your local tire shop, priced appropriately.

I believe it only works if the exterior lights are turned on.

The trunk light works whether the "car" is on or off, and is activated by a switch in the latch mechanism of the trunk lid.

The slider switch in the windshield console simple determines whether or not the courtesy lights come on when the doors are opened. Your option, yes or no.

No spare tire, just a small air compressor and a can of "fix-a-flat". Suggest you renew your AAA.
