WoW... this sh** is LOUD!!!
WoW... this sh** is LOUD!!!
Hi guys, i have a question for those of you who know about exhaust systems. I bought a Magnaflow cat back for my 04 N/A and after a while i took it out because the noise was getting too much into the car. I like the sound though but i would like it to be just a little lower. My car has 2 of 4 catalyst removed and the NW Dual Intake. I would like to know about what mods could help me lower the noise produced by the catback because i would like to put it back on.
Thanks in advance

I was thinking more of installing them in the same place as the rear (removed) cats. On the down pipes. It would take some welding expertise (and cutting) but I would think...
Or make a true dual and install them staggered in the middle?

What about adding some Sound Deadening Material to the trunk and maybe even the floorpan.
This stuff works well on classic rods and the like & it's cheaper and better then Dynamat ....
Eastwood Thermo-Coustic Sound Deadener Material
