MotorBlvd Short Shifter - 6499

I tried searching the forum for Short Shifter kits and after looking at threads here and there I wasnt able to come up with anything except "get a custom setup". I was wondering if anyone had any experience or thoughts on this "universal" Short Throw. The only thing I can think of as to why it wouldnt work is using reverse. It might make it unable to lift to get there. Anyway... any comments would be great! thanks guys and Happy New Year!!!
