Windscreen Wash Tank Leaking
Only just noticed this and never had any problems in my other cars...everytime I feel the windscreen wash level in my crossfire, it seems to just all come out and leak behind the wheel arch and under the door. Not sure if this is an overflow like a bath would have or if its a puncture or something from where the guys have been to install my lpg. I know before if you overfilled it, it would just flow out of the actual windscreen washer container. Thanks for your help in advance
There are 2 problems in this area, the most common is over-filling, as there is no indicator as to when to stop adding fluid.
Most people do nothing until the low level light comes on, then add 3 qt.
The second issue is with the tank itself. They tend to develop cracks around where the little nubbin fits into the socket. Many have added additional stress relief washers at this point when they apply the sealant.
There is a thread on this here somewhere.

Lugnut did a great writeup here. Lots of pictures so you know where and what to look for.

WOW thank you all for the replies
I dismantled the set up and couldnt find anything at all wrong. I filled the tank up and it was fine!
I have to admit when I saw the first few comments I got disheartened and thought OMG I have to fork out even more money on my crossfire but as robby363 said, it was just overfilled. On the tank reservoir there is a note saying overspilling will occur if overfilled but i never thought it would look like a blooming leak ha!
Problem solved...until the next time
