thats a nice one bobba...your mama jokes are as played out as your dumbass car ideas...

i still think your idea is wack and no I'm not jealous of the money you burn, i just think it's a waste of money...y don't you just buy a cheapass civic and rice it out, boba=poser
Are you surprised he resorted to another personal insult/attack when anyone questions or comments in any way negative Tony? Can't take even the slightest bit of criticism, and ANYONE who says something negative about what he's doing to his car gets immediately insulted. But hey, as I've said numerous times, it's his car to do with as he pleases. Some of the stuff he's done or plans to do are 'kewl', and I might even try some similar. But just like he's got the right to brag on his mods and post about them, be nice if he'd quit being so childish when other people don't agree with him 100%.

Default ghetto lights

boba,

with all the mods that you've done on your car, you should be hella fast...maybe the reason it isnt is becuase you've offsetted all the extra horsepower gained with dead weight (i.e. your ghetto fab lighting system)...

300 is great looking, but it doesn't have any neon lighting......

Sorry Bobba, in my opinion you are going overboard with the mods....

But I don't have to like it. If you do, then who cares?

LOL Bobba has done it again.....
Yeah you guessed right...over my dead body would all this useless stuff make it's way into my Xfire.

I have seen some cars around here in SoCal who put Vegas to shame with all the extra lights, lamps, blinkies...and what nots....still not one that looked good.

But as David said your car, do with it as you please, but if you're wondering why people don't wave back.....your question has been answered ;-)

Tony raises one point though....have you ever measured how many horses all that added-stuff eats up ?? Remember that Alternator is using ponies to make juice

Sunny:

Boba's new signature is:

Nearly this entire site has become infested with ignorant individuals that have made posting comments here worthless... The only time I will post from now on will be on the racing section to improve my Autocrossing information...

so..... if he keeps his promise - he will not be answering you.

Kids will be kids. Kind of reminds me of the crossfire tech that threw the temper tantrum and came back under a different name pretending to be a new member.

if i remember correctly, a few months ago i called boba a ricer for having underbody neons installed on his car. i received an extremely vulgar response from boba about how if i wasnt an idiot, i would have known that he never installed the lights and did not want to put the neons on the car anymore. and now hes making his car some type of light show...

I do believe this is his intention.

Too bad we scared away a decent kid - a little wild with the mods sometimes, but entertaining even if that isn't your style.

He brought a fresh look to this forum that will be missed.

It wasn't his mods that people got tired of - it was his vulgarity. There was no need for the way he responded many of the times. Most decent people whether they be kids or not do not have to use obscenities so many times when they publicly write something. I'm sure there are plenty of forums made for his writing style where he is very much appreciated. And ... it's not like he's leaving the forum - he will (hopefully) just keep to the Racing Forum. Maybe he'll learn how to respond to remarks that are made and make his way back through the rest of the forum - like a mature adult.

Look folks.... I've been watching this for a while now and this is a little crazy, IMO.... If Boba wants to cover his car in lights.... So what??? It's his car. If he tries to do it to yours then complain. I'm not into that either but he's not doing it to my car so I couldn't care less.

I know Boba has been somewhat blunt in his replies... But, he has taken some pretty tough slams too.

I almost left this forum in the beginning when I mentioned that I was going to start autocrossing mine. I took guite a bit of flack from people that couldn't believe that I was going to do something other than polish it and only touch it with white cotton gloves.

That being said.... How about us all being a little more tolerant of other peoples taste??? This is a great forum and a great place for the exchange of ideas. If an idea comes up that doesn't interest me I don't pay it any attention.... Anyway.... Just my 2 cents worth.

I am more in line with Connie on this one.

I could care less what bobba does to his car, but when he asks for opinions and then gets some that disagree with him, he goes off on a wild vulgar rant.

If you don't want to know what other people think, don't ask. That is pretty simple.

On the other side, give a civil answer when a question is asked.

Isn't that what I asked for in a thread awhile back? And in that thread bobba put in a picture of another member's car with dog crap all over it, which started another flame!

There has to be a balance here.

Do I hope bobba leaves the forum? No. Do I hope he tries to be more mature in his responses? Absolutely.

Hope this helps!

Jim, you said it all and I "should" sit this one out but being the one who had a 3rd grade level picture posted of my car with dog crap all over it, I have to add my two cents:

Let me begin by saying:

The board moderator should have immediately stepped in when some of the vulgar attacks occurred and put a stop to it."

We can disagree all we want and voice opinions, however there is no call for very specific and crude attacks on any member of this forum.

Boba can do with his car as he wishes... that is a given. However, dare not tell him you don't like something he does unless you are prepared to come under attack with vulgarity and childish photos or whatever else he can dream up.

His vulgar and self centered remarks because someone doesn't see eye to eye with him will not be missed. The "my way or no way" attitude and the attacks that followed are hardly considered a fresh look to this forum. Being young "does not" give anyone a license to say and do anything they wish.

With all that said... boba, the responses from all the people are long over due....

Default U guys can be called kids

I have been reading the whole dissusion on this page and all u guys out there talking about Boba being a young kid and after rading this I think many of you have more growing up to do than him. You's talk like he is a kid with a civic ghetto modding it with lights. First off he has the same car as all of us. And he is modding it to his personal likings, for me personally i dont care for the neons under the car, but i do like lights. I have changed them headlights and fogs to HID and put led sidemarker bulbs in too. Why did I do that, beacuse I like the way it looks I dont give a **** what other people think. Also all of us have a 35K car right??? Yea its a great car for the money but its only 35K so why not do some mods to it spend the money on pointless things like lights and TV, because I know when I am your guys age I will not be doing all lights and TV to a Porssche which will be my standard when i am over 40, so jsut to rectivy people have different views and style of communication, as far as mine and yours are different. You dont see a young kid putting pointless lights on a car, but u know what if half the pepole could afford a 35K car when they were his age and mine would probably do the same thing . Just my 2 cents

FerrariVdub...

I dont give a **** what other people think.
You "completely" missed the point of the posts on this page and "your" profanity shows that.

No one has "ever" said he can't do what he wants with his car!!! Once and for all, that is not an issue!!! What we have been talking about is: if you ask for opinions, be ready for a different opinion and do not resort to "personal" attacks and talk "trash" when people do not agree.

There is a thing called "acceptable" language in most circles... without what is still considered profanity. All that is being asked here is to use language you would use in front of your mother, in school, in business or any other public place. Save the trash for the back room or wherever you hang...

Thank you.
