I just paid my last .02 to my insurance company... so this post is free!

I agree that at times the vulgarity on this site gets out of control. But lets remember that a lot of our members are as guilty of this as Boba.

Perhaps we need to start notifying our moderators by PM when inappropriate language is used - as they surely cannot read every thread of this forum...

He has certainly gotten into several heated debates - especially recently. My post was reminiscent of some of his other contributions to this forum. Remember - he has been a member since february and has made several great posts! Lets not let some of his more immature postings detract from his overall contribution here.

 I hope you don't feel that way about all our younger forum members. Some of us are able to post intelligent, thought-out responses that include no profanity!

Some of the most immature and inappropriate responses have been from... some of our more mature members. So, I don't think being young has anything to do with it.

Whew -- now, back to the thing we're supposed to be talking about -- THE CAR!!!

What is it with the the "young" complex??? I never implied "ALL" of the younger members... only the one who "constantly" flamed and attacked people in a crude, vulgar and personal way whenever they did not agree with him. There is a way to debate keeping it civil without all the trash.

My quote at the beging of this post surely goes for young and old alike... but in this case we were talking about a "specific" young person who "always" quoted his "young age" to do and say what he pleased with no self control or regards for others. And I'll bet my last .02 he doesn't talk like that at home or in school...

Thanks for your input.

Ahh... thanks for the clarification. When I read "does not give ANYONE a license..." I thought you were making a general statement, not a specific comment.

My bad. 8)

It is his car, let him do what he wants to it.

So Bobba, is it today you are installing or should it be finished today? We are eagerly awaiting pics...

The problem here is the old flamers  wanting to be hip and tell everyone else what to say or do, It happened to me with AZFIRE , I ignored him and smiled.

Face it, the age, social and generation gap is there. :P

Read whats in your interest and chat with those you like.

I liked the guy, he made me smile when having a bad day at work

Hey Panzer, welcome back!!! I really wish you would of let things lay but since you didn't, here we go again. As like last time... hold on tight.

First, the name is "AZ Outlaws" and my avatar says "AZXFIRE". Nowhere do I see "AZFIRE". Now letfs get down to business and straighten this out once and for allc.

I would only "suggest" before you go shooting off at the mouth and have to disappear again like you did after our last encounter, don't refer to me as a gflamerh when I have never flamed you... voiced my opinion or asked questions but never flamed. Now letfs set the record straight...

You made a statement about being an AZ cop, moving to PA, OH and wherever while all the time keeping the AZ tag on your car. I asked you why you would do that since PA plates are $24.00 versus the very high rates we pay in AZ, remember? Your response was because, "they are cool". You could not explain yourself nor support your statements and thus resorted to whatever it was you were babbling about.

After you backed yourself into a corner, you made one last attempt to save face before you disappeared in April and quietly resurfaced again in early July. I almost said Hi to you then but didn't.

So please, get your facts straight and leave me out of your posts. I'll be happy to do the same for you. Thank you.

Just so you may refresh your memory, here are the post that started thisc wefre still waiting on a good explanation. Good day.

I just sent in $53.00 for new tags on a 10 year old '94 Honda Civic and $165.00 on a '99 Jeep TJ back in Feb.

Not being rude but you must have more money than you know what to do with to keep AZ tags when you didn't have to... or maybe you just didn't pay the fee in AZ???

BTW: AZ and PA have only one tag... why would they stop you?

If you are or were a law enforcement officer - then you should be setting the right example - not being an example of how to get around the law because you think a state has "cool" plates - or even cheaper ones.

Man, what the heck is wrong with you people??? NOBODY told him he can't do whatever he wants to his car! In fact, NUMEROUS folks have said "do want you want". That said, as with anything posted here about mods, getting obscene and abusive to people who post a contrary viewpoint is unacceptable. If someone is so thin-skinned that they can't stomach posts from people that don't like the mod, maybe they ought to consider not posting about their mod in the first place! This isn't about stiffling free expression, restricting anyone's ability to post, or anything like that. Just as Boba or whoever has the opportunity to post here about what they're doing to their car, people who don't like it have just as must opportunity to post their opinion.

I mean, do you honestly expect EVERYONE to agree with every mod and post only glowing compliments? Get real.

What is it with you that makes you insist on acting like such a punk? You demand that we respect your modifications to your car, yet have no compunction against bashing people that disagree with you. So, what, now it's okay to denigrate people because of their age? Sheesh.

Boba, see a doctor. This latest tantrum is proof positive you are more than crude. You obviously need help.

This thread is locked because some people had hurt feelings.

Even though I stand neutral to it all, it does break the rules. The thread is locked. Those who are bothered by it should not come back. There will also be no more references to this thread.

I do think it is kind of funny, but that is just MY opinion. Grow up. I think the average age here was 45?

I heard something on TV yesterday that I thought was pretty on target, especially with this thread here.

Jokes are jokes. They are either funny or they are not. If it isn't funny to you, don't run off forming support groups to talk about how the bad joke made you feel. Walk it off and hope for something better in your future.
something like that

Bobba... tone it down a little please. I understand your humor, but most people here don't. In the future please use a little thought before hitting the submit button. Take into consideration how others might react to it.

As for everyone else. The more you fuel the fire, the hotter and brighter it will burn. Oh and if you play with it, you are going to get burned.

Free speach? Yep, still American last I checked. Oh and since the domain is registered in the USofA, it applies to this board. Don't like it, that is your opinion.

Please follow the rules. I'm tired of playing mommy and daddy here.
