Talking Water test setup for the intercooler

Just up loaded a video of the test set up I will be using for the intercooler and water circuit test bed. More data to follow as I get the readings recorded, enjoy.
The pump is controlled by a variable speed D.C. controller to allow me to control the water flow with fine precision. In the car I will probably be using the controller to scale back on the capacity of the pump as it is much more than needed in volume. The pressure capability of the pump will allow us to overcome the friction in the cooling circuit and provide any desired water flow; in Gallons per minute. Yippie

That pump flows like crazy. What about Residence Time in the exchangers that I've heard talk about before? Wont this pump be too much, too fast? Perhaps that is part of what you'll be testing and proving. Great work, once again.
