Default what just happend, a squirt/leak from supercooler

Hi everyone,
Hope all is well and you are enjoying the SRT-6s!
I was out driving kicking a carrera S and SLK r171 amg. After that the low coolant light came on. I was like, Ahh, what do I get for teasing and winning over other cars.
I pulled over straight away to do a small check and I see some bluestuff that have sprayed out from the grille on the right (driver) side.
I started the car again and the low coolant light was gone. I drove home slovely to get some tools and investigate.

1. took off the grille
2. looked like the spray had come from the nossle just by the cap.The spry was not a lot but maybe total of 1/4 glass had been sprayed.
3. coolant level in reservoir looked ok
4. Dried everything up and went out for a heavy duty test drive and no problems, no evedience of leakage.

So, what could it be?
I looked in to the nossle just by the cap. It looks like you see something in there, maybe like a gasket. so I could guess if that gasket goes bad, water could penetrate.

Any thoughts on this? have anyone had their cap gaskets go bad? or experienced same thing?

May have just been a random issue, I'm assuming the car was at full operating temp, right?

Could be a burp of air. Watching will let you know if it was a one time thing. Woody

If you mean the little radiator-looking light, please know that this can be caused by things OTHER than low coolant.
Fan module failures also light that light.... I have no idea what else will light it.

I think of it as a "coolant system warning light" not a "low coolant light" for this very reason.

If it's blue liquid could it possibly be washer fluid and the light that came on was the low washer fluid light?
