My car came stock with Nav but I've had an aftermarket head unit for over a year now. Also I don't have the discs. My stock one stopped reading CDs so I went to a new unit, it's still sitting in a closet though. Good thing I didn't try to sell it yet.

Still having the issue, no speed sensor codes, and it's not a problem with the trunk latch. I'm thinking it's a problem with the switch. How does this switch work to control the motor?

12.6 volts is approx one volt below where it's supposed to be. Should be approx 13.5- 13.8 when running. Our spoiler went up for no reason we thought but it turned out to be low voltage, a new batt solved the problem and it has not come back since. These cars need lots of elec power and strange things happen when power is low.

12.6V, not running. I haven't checked the running voltage in a while but normally it's around 13.8V. I also went to Napa to have a battery test done and they said it was good.

Default (Solved?) Spoiler Won't stay down

So problem solved possibly. Battery wasn't the issue from what I've found. I was taking apart the console and had to unplug the switch panel while working on my stereo. I plugged everything back in and made sure it all worked. Then when I was driving my car last night I heard the locks automatically kick in and the spoiler light wasn't blinking! I turned the car off and on a bunch of times and drove around. I haven't gotten it up to 65 yet to test that. But all seems normal again.

What I said was low voltage upon retrospect could have been the BCM body control module beginning to go out. Later symptoms were power windows not working properly, and I now have that. Turns out its most likely the BCM, and I have learned that it is made with parts that wear out after a certain number of hours, hot cold cycles, and of course its very hot in the engine compartment.
I just removed my BCM to have it rebuilt w new components and w a lifetime warranty, I'll get it back next week.
The earliest of our cars are just now turning 10 yrs old and I think we are going to find out that the BCMs will need attention.
