Default Car won't pass safety/emissions - P0171 / p0171 System too Lean?

I recently bought the 2004 Coupe Model.
Awesome custom rims, black paint, good looking car.
I live in Utah--and since the check engine light came on, I know it won't pass inspections, and I know I need to get it registered fast.

I went over to Jiffylube today and had an oil change, and got the codes P0171, P0174, and P0106.

I need this inspected, and repaired quickly. What Do you think the issue is and the best way to get it repaired? I'm thinking about cleaning the MAF sensor, and replacing the o2 sensors, but I'm not sure. any and all advice would be great.

Thanks.

I'd think cleaning the MAF is a good place to start, use a good cleaner designed for MAF's and be gentle.
( The MAF and IAT sensors are combined on this engine )
the 171 and 174 are kinda confobulated, one says O2 detects too rich, while the other says too lean. WTF ?
I think I'd also want to have a look at the throttle body and clean it up also, and a new O ring.
