Ok. I need help please. Today I found out my intercooler is leaking. My car has a warranty. But warranty said they will not cover it. I am going to attach pics of my warranty. Please tell me if it should be covered. Thanks

 

Just because they forgot about that part may absolve them from paying. Is it a part of the supercharger per se, that is the question you are left with.
Intake manifolds, cooling and SC are covered I'd say it should be.
Take them to small claims court, that may be enough to scare them into the cheaper option.

 

The dealership is telling me its covered but they can't get the warranty company to pay. This an aftermarket warranty company. Thanks for help

 

Its covered. Small Claims court will entice them to pay up.
