Central control locking unit

Default Central control locking unit

Ok I am going to order a central control locking unit for my srt6,after having issues with my leaking wing and my dome light acting weird and alarm starting to go off on its on,I removed the styrofoam and holy crap my unit was in water.The dealership said its 220$ which is but said I need to return my old one and also the needed to reprogram the new unit for 110$ now that sound a little shady,help me out guys does this sound legit.

As far as I know, the CLP does not require any programming. It is plug and play.

Plug and play for sure.
These units when new cost $600 and up on eBay. I think that many here would take one at $220 each. I have a spare and I would not let it go for that price. Used ones go for $300 and up. With water damage these thinks are toast and not worth rebuilding.
Are you sure he is not talking about the SKREEM module?
