Fixed

Ebrake line for the rear passenger side was rubbing against the flex plate which was causing the noise.

Any Updates?? Did you ever get it straightened out? That's a lot of parts to be refreshing for a noise not to go away...just curious...peace.

It was my ebrake cable rubbing against the flex plate and warping it. I have to replace my rear flex plate again but yes the noise is gone now.

The bent the brackets for the ebrake cable back up and I made a mistake when reinstalling my new fuel pump the ebrake cable is supposed to hang above the fuel pump hangers and instead I put the fuel pump above the line so that was pulling the line down.
