rear spoiler wont go down?

rear spoiler wont go down?
evening gents,
just a quick question to see if anyone knows how to solve my problem...
the spoiler goes up at the correct speed but will not retract and the console light flashes, spoiler will go down when the car has stopped and I retract with the button
any ideas?
