Default Bad Vibration in Reverse/Idle

Everything about my car is running smooth but recently when i put it in reverse the car shakes badly. When I switch to drive it smooths out instantly. This also happens not as badly when im stopped holding break. Any touch of the gas makes it go away instantly.
Could it be engine mounts?

Sounds kinda like a vacuum leak.

That's what i was thinking. Is there any way to test this or any cleaer signs?

It seems to be getting worse every day.

The second i touch the accelerator all the shaking/noise stops.

Any other suggestions for this?
The problem is getting worse. Once it started shaking very badly and the AC fans cut off for a few seconds then came back.
Any ideas?
