Yea, if #2 is the Traction control relay - then your trouble is that relay opening. If the Traction control relay is not closed, you CANNOT shift from park by design. Also, the Antilock Brake Controller and Transmission control module are not powered up if that relay is not closed.

But Dave thinks the photo of the relays is the wrong one -and I cant remember the difference between the RIGHT one and WRONG one. SO we gotta wait for him to tell us.

 

I have tried to soldering the RCM but still wont start and spoiler still up.

 

If resoldering the 3 bad joints didn't work, the relay itself is going bad. I can replace it for you. Email me at tighed1@hotmail.com for the details.

 

Would that cause the spoiler to go up and not to go out of park? I knew it would make it not start.

 

A bad traction relay can cause a bunch of different issues. No gear selector indicator. Won't shift. Wing up. BAS/ESP fault. Speedometer inoperative and others.
You may get one or multiple faults.

 

I ordered a new RCM. I put it on today runs better than it ever has. Thanks for the help im going to send the old one to be repaired so ill have a spare.

 

Well it won't start again. Key fob doesn't work and will start and die 3 times then nothing. I tried to disconnect the battery it didn't work. Im afraid its my skreem. The only code im getting is p2071

 

Are you sure about a SKREEM issue ( I tried to disconnect the battery it didn't work. )? If SKREEM, it'll repeat the 3 times then nothing, and when battery disconnected it'll repeat the same.... Help us help you...

It will start and die 2 times. The 3rd time nothing. I disconnected the battery . The same thing.
