Question '05 crossfire battery

Hi my crossfire will be in storage for at least 6 more months is it better to remove the battery or keep it on a battery maintainer for that long. Maybe will be able to drive it some day ?????? Thanks

That long I'd just remove it particularly if a wet cell that needs water occasionally. Wait about 20 minutes with the hood open and doors closed before removing. And then there is the anti-theft battery...

I have that dilemma with the GC2s in my camper, are on a float charger but about every three months I need to top up the cells. Since at home I can.

Take the NEG cable off first then the POS cable, or the siren will wake you up when it goes off. Putting it back in is reversed order (POS cable first then NEG cable).
