Cruise control

I have a 2008 Roadster and the cruise control works up to 80kms/hr-- 50 mph. It kicks off at that speed and will not engage at higher speed. Suggestion pls .Thank you

Probably cased by a speed sensor. Get the fault codes read and it should tell you what sensor is bad.
