Cranks, no start!! No spark!!!

What sensors will cause a no spark condition. I know the crank and possibly the cam but whate else. I know the PCM supplies the ground, producing the spark, what would interrupt this?? It cranks and cranks so not Scream module?? Please help! Thank in advance Rex
