Does anybody know why all of a sudden my top wont go down via the button. It goes up like it should but then the sequence stops after the windows go down The red light illuminates and a beep sounds each time the button is pushed.but then nothing else.

 

 

Sounds like the switch in the passenger side has gone out.. where it pivots when you first break over the top before pushing the button.

 

Try moving the switch up and down with your finger, that works for me when it acts up. The switch is on the top rail above the passengers ear. SometimesI have to do it more than once to get a good contact.
