Default Re: Drilled & Slotted Rotors

Okay ... the judges are in... the stopping power of the Porterfield pads and the new rotors plus the Motul 600 Racing brake fluid makes this thing have BIG brakes that don't fade, PERIOD.

I could slow down from 110 to under 50 in a very short distance... and when necessary I could even force the pedal down more until the ABS kicked in... and then I could even give it more. Granted the ABS worked harder, but I still felt it stopping even more.

It was unbelievable!!!

All in all it was an excellent upgrade and well within the price range of 'reasonable'. According to x'ed, the instructor he had (who had done a ride along with me earlier that day) said my car stops like a freight train. Thinking back on that statement, that's a bad thing... but I think she meant good.
