Eeehmmm, I am not the guy with most knowledge. MY car also "told" me that I had issues with the O2 sensors etc.
This happened after an oil change etc. where it was necessary to get the engine cover off.
Now driving back home, the check engine light came on and we read the codes.
Hmmmm, driving home anyways.
At home I took a look and spoke with a colleguae who had something similar with his BMW Z4 and told me it was some "false air" getting into the system somehwere and it made "click" on me.
I took the engine cover off and noticed it wasn't sitting properly on the throttle housing (!).
Replacing, checking and driving a while -> issue gone.

Well, i know without a doubt my main issue is my cats. There is a crack in my left driver side, causing all sorts of mess, lack of power, loud noise, and check engine.
I will be getting it replaced with all four sensors this week. I will let you guys know how things turn out.

Problem Solved**

The issue was my driver side catalytic converter connecting to the engine, it had a split in the middle . I have had it replaced. Power is good, no more exhaust smell in the car, and no more ticking noise. Engine light has disappeared.

I also had all four sensors changed , and my CPS replaced with a Bosch CPS. These were precautions I took as a safeguard.

Thanks to everyone that helped, and offered materials, I learned a lot and have some new tools to diagnose issues, and check for problems.
