Default Rear Window Problem (Defroster Wire)

2005 Roadster Basic - Rear window defroster wire (driver's side) not connected to window due to terminal missing (looks like it may have corroded away). Is there a fix? The Service Manual states that any problems with the window, replace the entire top. I am new here and have owned my Crossfire for just 3 days. Any suggestions or ideas?

A skillful technician (there are a few of us left) can probably solder a suitable terminal onto the pad on the glass - if it didn't rip off...
Most radio shops charge $75 to 120 an hour. Expect to pay up to 1 hour labor for this.

Look in the phone book/google for "Radio Communications and Dealers" and see if you can find a shop, I know these people, they might be able to help:
