Default 19lb injectors without tune?

I have a question regarding the 19lb injectors. If I reset the car by disconnecting the battery, will the cars computer adjust to the 19lb injectors or will it required a tune. The ecu must know what size the injectors are but it will not adjust according to the data it is receiving?

How about telling us where you moved it to. I've opened all the heading ( engine, tsb, modifications etc and I don't see it)

RSOE, do you have an SRT-6 or an N/A? Your profile picture is of an N/A if that is what you own. Just curious...

Yes N/A. I added the upgraded throttle body and definned the elbow. Added the 3” housing. I know to take advantage of these upgrades a tune is what is best. But I am wondering if the tune is a necessity in the meantime. The ecu should learn the injectors but then again it will think it is stock injectors installed and possibly throw a code.

AFAIN the injectors on the N/A is capable (OEM ones) and are fine with the tune for the N/A.. Did you 'up' your injectors? The tune for the larger TB and descreen MAF/debaffle elbow work is one of the upgrades but injectors? Maybe someone else can chime in here but my tune with the stock injectors and the descreening MAF & debaffle the elbow works great. I don't recall an injector upgrade for the N/A. Mine never popped a code, just had extra 'git-up-n-go'!
