Default Dripping Fluid

I have just noticed a few small patches of fluid on the floor underneath the Xfire. I have been able to track were the fluid is dripping from, but do not have a clue what it comes from. I have taken a picture using my camera and a mirror, perhaps someone can help?

The leak does not happen every day, the leak is not consistent with having the AC switched on or off, it has not rained for a week.

The leak drips from the UK passenger side transmission tunnel via a grommet on the body, this grommet is approx. 1inch in diameter and the tube that comes through it is compressed to form an oval shape. Basic measuring would indicate it is in the area of the gear stick

The fluid appears to be water, but leaves an oily residue on the floor or your fingers. It does not have a taste.

Help really appreciated.
