Need help identifying mystery part

Default Need help identifying mystery part
I found this in the trunk of my SRT Roadster. Can't figure where it might go
Part number is 1298211389. It's about 2.5" long, 3/8" wide and the down turn is about 1'.

Its a piece that goes on the Bow Latch cylinder. Somehow it fell off at some point.

Thank you. It must have come off when the top was down and fell into the trunk when I put the top up
