I've been looking into purchasing the DRB III scan tool but can't justify the $7,000 price for the amount of times I will need to use it. If I purchased it, would any of the forum members be interested in (when they need it) renting it on an as-needed basis? We could work out a fed-ex back and forth kinda deal... Let me know...

There's a company that leases them out to you for a week, and costs 150.00 bucks. Thank god there is an alternative to the $7,000.00 purchase price. I have to admit it would be nice to have it in the set of tools.

 

The only one I found is Miller Tool, who mfg's the product... it's $150.00 for three days... FED-EX date and time stamp... I would like to buy one, then let anyone who needs it rent it for a week or so, for a hundred bucks... We can load the chip sets from the different mod companies onto a laptop pc...

I know, that's why I was looking into it as well. The other thing D is I am seriously working on hooking up with that Italian company that does ECU Upgrades. If it all works out, then maybe we wouldn't need a DRBIII...WOOOOoooooooDDDDRRRRRBBBBIII>III>III.
