My SRT came with the NeedsWings Pulley Saver and my radiator hose blew and the serpentine belt came off and I had to pull belt off pulleys so I could remove blown hose and now after downloading all 4 different diagrams (which none are the same, some show7pulley (NA) and SRT 8 to 9 pulley) I am asking if someone can send me a diagram with the Pulley Saver installed.
Sorry was in wreck and know have issue understanding thing. I look at engine bay and pulley are not in the same place as in the diagram. The pulley is in different location some are close and some farther away than show on diagram. If I could get help with pulley labeled and if possible, maybe a picture showing belt position over supercharger and were it go after that. And I order new hose (upper house) but it's the wrong one. I found right one "expansion coolant reservoir hose" but only on Ebay but they are all used. Search the web and all sights say it was discontinued and help here to would be a great help.

OK great news got everything back together but now have very bad noise coming from supercharger. I replace the pulley bearing because it was making noise and now it is making a lot of noise.

 

Take the belt off and spin the SC pulley, if you get anything that sounds like what you have in the video, then there is probably a problem with the new bearing you installed (ie damaged during installation, etc). You can also spin (by hand) the supercharge side of the (pulley) clutch, this will let you spin the SC internals to further isolate the problem.

 

With the engine stationary I presume for safety sake.

 

yes, also did you put the thin shims back on the shaft to space the pulley away from the magnet ring?

 

Did not have press to put new bearing in and went to local shop so do not know they replaced the bearing shim. I do know when they replaced the bearing the noise got better but still made a little noise.
