Posted this yesterday but somehow I deleted it. Charged incorrect positive and negative all with trickle charger to answer questions posted to me yesterday.
turn key on group of lights come on the dash. Top works, headlights work, fan works, windows work, radio works. if I turn key to start nothing happens when I let key go back it locks there and will not go back to start position. after about 15-20 seconds seems like do I hear fan running.
