Default Burnt Rcm (Feedback needed)

Hello Everyone, below is the picture of my Rcm. It looks burnt to me, can it be repaired? if yes, how? It been exposed to water. thank you.

It definitely should not have a green fuse at the top, that should be a 15 amp blue fuse.

You should always carry a spare RCM. You can see if tighed1 can repair your broken one. He rebuilt mine a while ago and it works great! His price is very reasonable and he has a quick return time.
You can buy a spare to have as a backup.

does that fuse draw power out? because I have a power draw that's burning out the alternator.

No, the fuse shouldn't draw any power, but you could have a short in the RCM from the water damage which is damaging to your alternator and battery.
