Problem solved, stupidity in the end... I've learned next time to always verify fuses with a multimeter fuse 35 ended up looking fine but having a hair line crack not supplying power to the skreem.. Thanks to everyone on the form as usual and happy holidays to all.

Hate to say it but I think its only a matter of time haha, going in next week for a head gasket leak down test I've been losing coolent but no leaks anywhere.. oil isnt cloudy either

As for Precision ECU.... it burns the ecu up.... we have a stack of them in the corner of the shop lol. We offer as key delete ( deletes the needs for transponder) without add extra hardware
