Default Crossfire srt 6 engine smoking?

I hope to find an answer to my question from here. I just started my crossfire srt6 after the winter time and the engine started giving some smoke from the left side of it. I believe it was more withish then bluish smoke and it also smelled bad. I don't know much about cars but what is the part in the picture (the lower arrow) as the smoke seemed to come from there? Is it the exhaust manifold and lambda sensor or what is it? What could it mean?
Also, the higher arrow is pointing to what seems to be some sort of leak maybe as the color seems a bit different comparing to other parts of that part. What that might mean?

I hope someone knows the answers. Thank you!

Looks like leaking Valve Covers.

Most likely your breather covers are leaking. They are the little covers on top of the valve covers. They are sealed with silicon. After many years they start leaking.
Check out my post. It will explain a lot.
