Hi,
going by the numbers;
1) It sounds like the bendix drive on your starter is failing. (That's the solenoid that pushes the gear onto the fly wheel to make it turn and start the car).
You can find a good starter for a good price at Rockauto.com

2) You can have your alternator rebuilt at any automotive generator shop. If you decide to buy a new one, it is important to know if you have a Bosch or a Valeo.
A Bosch alternator has 2 connector posts on the back of it. A Valeo alternator has 1 connector post on the back.

3) When searching for parts on European based sites, like engine, transmission, suspension, etc... remember your car is basically a 2001- 2004 Mercedes- Benz SLK 320 or SLK 32 AMG if it's an SRT6.

4) you might also want to have your battery load tested to make sure that's not causing these symptoms.

Good luck with your car!
