Check your Central Locking pump. It is located under the trunk floor behind the right rear wheel well. It is a rectangular box covered with yellow foam.
Check for signs of water intrusion. Look at the connectors to see if they have any corrosion. If it does you will need to replace it.
There are no new units available so you will need to find a good used one.
Make sure to get about 18 inches of wiring with it. Water wicks up the wire and will cause problems in the future.
Let us know what you find. Good luck!

Hi!
After 12 months XF is running again. Hell lot of work.

EMC and Skreem has deactivated. So any key will work. Locks can't work.....little problem.

Finally fuel pump failed and has now replaced. Cause tubes went out of fuel, I had to fill the system putting power directly to the RCM connector for a moment.

I bought used EMC, Skreem and a key from Latvia, an accident car....now only put everything back.

If someone has the same probem, I can sell deactivated EMC and Skreem....same price I paid....415 €......the taxes from UK are very high.

Thank you for the information; Very glad you have saved the car and it is running again.
I believe you can get the locks working if you replace the central localing air pump locked in the truck.
This may help: Air Pump Replacement

Hi!

After decoding Sreem and Mcu, the locks are not working cause locks are a part of the Sreem System.

In any case the car is running again.
Next tomorrow steering lock back To it's place and the interior back.

Every Year a lot of problems... 2021 the alternator started To burn.... It was close To the total...
2022 brakepedal went To floor... Abs pump jammed.
2023 RCM.. Repaired and again 2024 a new one.

Only 82.000 km. Staying In a garage for 7-8 monts/Year dosn't make good.

Let’s see, what is the Next problem...

Then replacing EMC and Sreem.
