Power steering leak

Default Power steering leak
I've developed a couple of leaks on my power steering lines. One is i know high pressure hose i ordered it. The other hose from what i can tell is a return line part number is 1709970782. My question is can I just cut the metal side that is crimped on and flair it and put a hose clamp?
