We need more information than "stops working" ... start with year of Crossfire, Base- Limited, or SRT, Roadster or Coupe, automatic or manual ... details of how the heater runs, or is it just the fan ... how long you have the vehicle and were you working on it before this problem ... and where in this big world are you located? ... there may be someone close that can help you ... the more information the better

DeKalb is correct. We need more information. Is the fan running but blowing cold air? Does the fan turn on at all?
Please list all of the symptoms and your cars information.

Something is broke/wrong. (See, I don't need more information, I can answer the question with all the effort that the question was asked. STILL, the previous two responses were really good.)
