Cool Re: Side Light/Parking Light

You have to find someone with very small hands, or remove the headlamp unit which is not an easy job.

If you are talking about the side marker light in the front fender, just get hold of the lens toward the back of the fender and push it forward and the whole lens pops out.

The side markers are easy... the entire housing pops-out of the body panel then pops back in... push it out from the backside...

I think he is talking about the W5W lamps !
It took me about half an hour to change both last time I changed them ! I didn't find anybody with small hands, and mines are pretty big... So I had to find a way to do it !
I've used different tools but i can't remember the english names.. Just classic tools kind of like those: http://perso.orange.fr/yannick.fetre...ges/pinces.jpg ...

I think it is possible to access them from the fender well if you drop the liner...

I just changed mine out and replaced them with red led bulbs. The easiest way I found was to take a flat head screwdriver and place it on the edge of the bulb hold. Then gently tap it until it rotates vertically. Then you just slide it out, replaced the bulb, and put it back in. Once in place, reverse the procedure, lightly tapping it until it rotates back horizontally.

Is this the same procedure for the ones in the rear?

Yeah, only in reverse. If I remember correctly, get hold of the end toward the front of the car and push it toward the rear. They are not as easy to pop out as the front one's are.

I used a credit card and it pooped out with no problems...
If I change one should I changethe other or just wait for it to go out as well? The replacement light comes in a set of two.

I'd just wait till the other one went out, if they come in pair's you'll have one ready when it does. I done some modification to the hole the len's fits in and used some inverted cone red LED's. The clear marker lights was a tight fit, you can see a few little marks I made on the edge of the hole trying to get the clear marker light back out to remove a red dot sticker off the bulb, the marks arn't that noticeable except in a close up pic.
